  1. Combine the tomatoes (14 oz), olive oil (2 Tbsp), and salt in a medium bowl.

  2. Follow the recipe, up to and including stretching the dough into the baking sheets.

  3. Spoon the tomato sauce over the dough in each baking sheet in an even layer, nearly to the edge.

  4. Drizzle with olive oilolive oil.

  5. Bake each pizza for 18 to 20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the tomato is concentrated.

  6. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

  7. Drizzle with more olive oil.

  8. Serve in slices or slivers.
